Welcome to Tanzania
Once you set foot in Tanzanian soil, you will immediately be embraced by the friendly nature of the people. Outside our representative awaits with a broad simile to welcome you, and accompany you to the lodge where you will receive heartfelt welcome. During the journey, you will catch a glimpse of Tanzania amazing landscape, and perhaps the ever presence Impressive Mt. Kilimanjaro. Upon arrival, we will be provided with a briefing for your entire safari.

Morning: Tarangire National Park is named after Tarangire River that flows through its borders. One of its main highlights undoubtedly the large herds of majestic elephants, who thrive in the abundant food source available, making them bigger, and stronger than in any other place.
The parks landscape is also filled with many ancient baobab trees some of which are believed to be over 700yrs old, which adds to the stunning beauty of the landscape.
Keep your eyes peeled as you explore the park, and you may also spot lion, leopard, cheetah, buffalo, waterbucks, and more than 400 bird spices have been recorded here.
Lunch: enjoy a picnic in the park.
Afternoon: After lunch, we’ll continue our game-viewing drive to witness the wildlife of Tarangire National Park. Afterwards, we’ll head to our permanent lodge in the midst of Ngorongoro highlands.
Dinner: At the lodge.
Evening: You are free to remain in the lounge area to discuss the day’s activities or share pictures of the animals you saw with friends, and family back home.

Morning: We drive through the Ngorongoro conservation before descending, 610 meters down to the grasslands of the crater floor, an area of about 265 square kilometers. Despite its small size, the Crater is a Big 5 country and the openness of the terrain means easy and rewarding game viewing. You will spend the day exploring the crater floor, stopping to picnic on the grasslands amidst the grazing herds. Formed by a massive volcanic eruption, the world’s largest intact and un-flooded caldera provides a year-round home to an astonishing 25,000 large mammals including black rhino, wildebeest, and zebra along with Africa’s densest concentrations of hyena.
The Crater’s forests shelter elephants and buffalo, and its wetlands are home to hippos and flamingos while lions, jackals, leopards, and caracals make up the full range of predators. After lunch, you leave the crater behind and drive to the Serengeti National Park.
Afternoon: We’ll reach our carefully selected tented camp by mid-afternoon and you’ll have time to settle in before dinner.

Evening: You are free to remain in the main dining tent area or around the campfire to discuss the day’s wildlife.

Morning: In the next two days, we’ll be venturing towards the northern region of Serengeti National Park, renowned for the world-famous River crossing at the Mara River.
Embark on an exhilarating chase after the great migration, one of the world most spectacular natural events. It’s the undisputed highlight of safari experience, and a dream come true for any wildlife enthusiasm.
Lunch: picnic in the sight of migration,
Witness the ground tremble as thousands upon thousands of hooves pound the earth, trying to cross the crocodile infested Mara-River in search of good grazing, and water. Meanwhile top-predators like crocodile, lion, leopard, hyena -and more await patently to strike.
Dinner: At the camp.
Evening: Spend the nights in the so called –migration camp, strategically located close to the migration, ensuring you won’t miss a single moment of the action.

After an early breakfast, you will head out to make the most of the day. There is a chance you may see the animals crossing the Mara River. Hundreds of thousands of desperate wildebeest gather together on the banks of the river, gazing wistfully across the turbulent water at the green grass on the other side but no animal will make a move. All it takes is one brave wildebeest to take the literal plunge and, then, all follow! The animals that do successfully avoid the awaiting crocodile jaws and make it over the river are rewarded with the lush green grazing grass of the Masai Mara.

Evening: Spend the nights in the so called –migration camp, strategically located close to the migration, ensuring you won’t miss a single moment of the action.

Morning: This morning is set aside for game drives in the Serengeti. The Serengeti boasts an abundance of wildlife such as impalas, buffalos, crocodiles, and hippos. In addition to the iconic landscapes, you have a good chance of encountering predators and you may see lions, cheetahs and leopards. It is a truly life-changing experience.
Lunch: Picnic in the wilderness,
Afternoon: (Optional) we’ll visiting the Oldupai gorge, and learn about the origin of human kind, and some time at the museum.
Dinner: at the Lodge
Evening: You are free to remain in the main dining area or around the lodge to discuss the day’s wildlife

Morning: After 30 minutes of drive we’ll enter Lake manyara National Park, one of the smallest parks in Tanzania, named after the huge lake which covers a third of the parks area. Yet, Lake Manyara is the park with the greatest diversity of habitat than most huge parks, and a great array of wildlife.
You may find yourself in thick woodlands where elephants feast, and lions are lurking among tree brunches. Drive past muddy pools full of hippos, and mysterious jungle where baboons, and monkeys rule. The lake side where thousands of vibrant flamingoes, pelicans, and storks make their summer home.
Lunch: picnic overlooking the Lake,
And don’t forget the impressive 400-Meters – deep Rift Valley Escarpment. A crack in the earth that stretches for a thousand kilometers across East-Africa.

You can extend your holiday with a visit to the crystal clear waters of the tropical Island of Zanzibar or Pemba.

You will be picked up at your hotel in Dar es Salaam and transferred to Nyerere National Park, a journey of approximately four to five hours. Upon arrival at African safari Camp, we check in and relax before the evening boat cruise on the Rufiji River.
Lunch: at the camp
This safari lets you experience aquatic life, mostly crocodiles, water birds, and hippos. You can see various animals come to drink water at the river, and an uncountable number of bird species. Expect to see a fantastic sunset before we return to the camp. The boat tour is highly recommended and is the easiest way to get as close to the animals as possible.

Set out on a full-day of game viewing with your well trained guide, during the game drive, you will see and learn about the animals sighted. The resident wildlife includes lions, elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, zebra, and the rare African wild dog.
Lunch: picnic in the wilderness
The park boasts a variety of birds, incredible scenery, and varied topography—wetlands, dry grassland, light acacia forests, and higher ground with views of far-off mountains. Enjoy your packed lunch and time to rest. Your guide will select a location with shade and water nearby to watch the animals as they come to drink water, a place with a clear view all around so that no predator can creep up unseen.

Nyerere National park as the largest protected wildlife area in Africa, due to its unique ecological importance this pristine uninhabited area was declared as “World Heritage Site” by United Nations in 1981. Selous is bigger than Switzerland or Denmark covering an area of about 54’600sq km. Nyerere boasts Tanzania’s largest and most important populations of Elephant, Buffalo and Wild dog in Africa. Almost 60’000 of Tanzania’s Elephant are found there as well as large numbers of Hippo; other species commonly seen are Lions, Bushbuck, Impala, Giraffe, Eland, Baboon, Zebra, Greater Kudu, etc. Waterbuck, Reedbuck gathers at the water edge of Lake Tagalala linked to the Rufiji River. Nyerere is also a prime destination for Bird-watchers; more than 420 endemic species have been recorded, evening drive back to the camp for overnight.

Brunch: at the camp
Walking safaris are a fantastic way to get close to nature and learn more about the smaller species and the bush itself. It’s an unforgettable experience to walk and tramp within such a vast and untamed area. The walks take about 2-3 hours long. Usually, the walks leave the camp at 6:00 am -6:30 am after having a cup of tea and some homemade biscuits or doughnut.
After walking, we shall start our drive to Mikumi.

In the morning after breakfast, you will have a full-day game viewing in the park. The Mikumi floodplain is the main feature of the park along with the bordering mountain ranges. Animals commonly found here include lions, elands, hartebeest, buffalos, wildebeest, giraffes, zebras, hippos, and elephants. The Mikumi elephant mainly grazers and does not cause damage to trees.

Leaving Mikumi after a relaxed breakfast we drive to Ruah national park which is 274 km, a packed lunch sustains you on the way, you pass via Iringa town, passing through the countryside which has nice scenery and beautiful valleys and mountains. Upon arriving in Iringa, you will Visit the museum which holds the head of the great local chief Mkwawa who resisted the Germans in Iringa town, then drive to your accommodation –Ruah hilltop lodge – Nestled on the slopes of the Ideremle Mountain, which has breathtaking panoramic views overlooking vast savannah plains. The lodge is a mere 15 km from the gate of Ruaha National Park which has some of Tanzania’s richest concentrations of animals, birds, and plant life, from here you will experience a truly Tanzanian safari.

Breakfast: the lodge
Explore Ruaha national park, which is the second largest national park in Tanzania, but it gets far fewer tourists. The Great Ruaha River flows through the park and is the most important river in the park. Since it has a huge population of African elephants, chances are very good to spot large groups of them roaming around. It is also home to great mammals like kudu, sable, and roan antelopes which cannot be found in any other national park. Many zebras, elands, crocodiles, impalas, bat-eared foxes, and jackals live in the park as well as nearly 10% of Africa’s lion population! Other animals to spot here include leopards, cheetahs, and giraffes and with a bit of luck, you may also see the endangered wild dogs!

Breakfast is served at the Lodge; enjoy a full day of game drives in Ruaha National Park, The park was named after Great Ruaha River which cross the park and saves as its life line.
The park history dates back to 1910 when it was gazetted as Saba Game Reserve by the German. The name was changed to Rungwa game reserve in 1946 by British. In 1964 the southern portion of the game reserve was gazette as
Ruaha National Park and in 1974 a small section of the southern part of the Great Ruaha River was incorporated into the park. Ruaha National Park is part of Rungwa, Kizigo and Muhesi ecosystem which covers approximately 45,000km sq.to make it the biggest National Park in East Africa after its nearby game reserves declared by the Government as part of Ruaha National Park.

After breakfast, you will start your drive to Dar es Salaam, with a picnic lunch packed safely away the journey takes you through a panoramic tour of Tanzania’s rural landscape, as your guide heads back to Dar es Salaam, and you will be dropped at the airport or your hotel of stay.
