Day 1: Arrival at Kilimanjaro international airport.
Welcome to Tanzania, meet your guide for the drive to Kibo palace hotel. Tucked away in Arusha, Kibo Palace Hotel is straddled between the gateway to some of the most enchanting safari destinations and Mount Kilimanjaro, whose highest point it is named after. This little paradise comes with all the amenities and access you would expect in a modern city right in the wild. After settling into your room, take a walk around the town of Arusha and experience life in real Africa style or relax on the poolside.

Day 2: Arusha –Lake Manyara National Park.
After a leisurely breakfast, your guide will give you a safari briefing followed by the drive to Lake Manyara National park, set on the dramatic floor of the Great Rift Valley escarpment. This small park has some amazing sceneries and the biggest diversities of habitats than the big Serengeti national park, underground water forest, acacia woodlands, swamps and marshes, the lake, hillside savannah, open plains, and dry River-beds. Lake Manyara is home to thousands of flamingoes, famous tree-climbing lions, buffaloes, baboons, giraffe, elephants, warthogs, and leopard. Spend your day unlocking the beauty of the park, with amazing game viewing followed by a picnic lunch. Late in the evening drive to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3 & 4: Karatu – Serengeti National Park (Western Corridor)
Two days following the migration in the western Serengeti
Spend two days exploring the western reaches of the Serengeti on safari, tracking the great migration and other game and wildlife that this vast area offers. The great migration is on the western side in the months of June-July where the drama unfolds with thousands of wildebeest concentrating along the Grumeti River to quench their thirst, These are the time to look for those 18-20 feet crocodiles hunting in the silent waters. The area is also home to elephants, lion, cheetah, hippos, baboons, topi, hyena, and a great number of birds have been recorded here, and it’s where (if you’re lucky) you’ll see iconic big cats taking their favorite, It’s also an area of untamed natural beauty, of rolling hills, rivers, forests and open plains. The camp is set in an area which offers excellent proximity to the River giving you more time to enjoy the migration without hurry.

Hot air balloon flight over the Grumeti River.
Wake up early before being driven to the launch site to meet your pilot, receive a briefing, and watch in eager anticipation as the balloon is inflated. At dawn, the balloon takes off, rising with the sun floating in whichever direction the winds of the morning are moving. The pilot can precisely control the altitude of the balloon – sometimes at treetop height, sometimes lower, offering a unique perspective and great photographic opportunities of the great migration and other wildlife below and a wonderful panorama.
Day 5 & 6: Serengeti western –Serengeti central)
Two days exploring the central Serengeti
After a mouth-watering breakfast at the camp we leave the wildebeest migration behind and proceed to the central part of Serengeti, within these two days we are going to explore the area’s rich habitats of Rivers, plains, acacia woodland, and kopjes form the great sighting of a lion, leopard, and cheetah. The Sorenera valley is one of the best places in Africa to see lions with the lion project here the second-longest wildlife research in the world and the leopard sighting is excellent. The Namiri plains offer excellent lions, cheetah, jackals, and hyena sighting, the area is also home to elephants, hippos, giraffes, baboons, heartbeats, and Grant and Thomson’s gazelle. Our camp is situated in a high game viewing area where wildlife viewing starts from your doorstep,

Day 7: Serengeti Central –Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
Explore Serengeti on a walking safari.
Begin your last day in Serengeti with a walking safari which is led by a well-trained armed park ranger and your guide. This puts you closest to nature and suddenly all sense becomes alive. The walking safari takes 2-3 hours in which you become a participant and not a spectator. The excitement of seeing giraffes staring at you, buffaloes feeding at a far distance, feeling, touching, and testing some medicinal plants, above all guides don’t usually take guests closer to wildlife than is comfortable. After your walk which is also some exercise you will return to the camp for your breakfast, then proceed with game viewing on your way-out of the Serengeti towards the Ngorongoro conservation area.

Day 8: Karatu- Ngorongoro Crater.
Today you will drive into the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and down into the Ngorongoro Crater. Grass steppes, acacia forests, alkaline lakes, rivers, streams, and swamps are home to almost all the species of animals found in the East African savannah. The crater is home to Africa’s big five lions, elephants, leopards, rhino, and buffaloes. The alkaline Like offers excellent sightings of flamingoes in the months of June to August and on the shows, you might see jackals and hyena lazily lying on the edge of the lake. Other residences of the Ngorongoro are hippos, zebra, wildebeest gazelle, and birds with the grey crowned cranes, ostrich, and kori bustard catching the eyes of both birds and non-birders. After extensive game viewing and a picnic in the crater, you will leave the Ngorongoro Crater in the afternoon and drive to Kilimanjaro international airport and connect your flight back home.
